Vegie Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup mashed carrot
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tablespoon cooked broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon corn kernels (1 small corn cob, microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes, scrape off kernels)
  • 1 tablespoon green peas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • cracked pepper
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • serves 2

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and form into flat "burgers".
  2. Oven bake on baking paper untilbrown on each side.
