Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chick peas
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 orange
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 4 tablespoon low fat dressing
  • serves 2

Directions:

  1. Cut onion into rings, segment orange and mix together with chick peas, celery, garlic, onion and pepper.
  2. Toss with salad dressing.
