Tom Yum Soup
Ingredients
- 12 green prawns
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 Tom Yum cubes (available from Asian grocer, dissolved in 4 cups water)
- Garnish: 4 spring onions, coriander leaves, 1 red chilli sliced and seeded
- serves 4
directions
- Shell, remove heads and devein prawns.
- Heat stock and bring to boil.
- Add prawns. Cook 3-4 minutes (don’t over cook them as they toughen).
- Add lemon juice. Serve with garnish.
