Corn and Prawn Bisque

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 cups skim milk 1 x 400gram can peeled tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 x 440 grams can creamed corn
  • 1 x 200 grams can cocktail prawns, undrained
  • serves 6

Directions

  • Pour 2 ½ cups milk in sauce pan and heat.
  • Mix remaining half cup milk with flour and add to warm milk and stir until boiling and thickened.
  • Add cayenne pepper, undrained chopped tomatoes, sauce, corn and prawns. Stir until boiling. Taste for seasoning. Simmer until thick enough for serving.
