Corn and Prawn Bisque
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons flour
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 3 cups skim milk 1 x 400gram can peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 x 440 grams can creamed corn
- 1 x 200 grams can cocktail prawns, undrained
- serves 6
Directions
- Pour 2 ½ cups milk in sauce pan and heat.
- Mix remaining half cup milk with flour and add to warm milk and stir until boiling and thickened.
- Add cayenne pepper, undrained chopped tomatoes, sauce, corn and prawns. Stir until boiling. Taste for seasoning. Simmer until thick enough for serving.
