Creamy Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
- 3 leeks
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup sliced button
- mushrooms
- 1/2 cup dried mushrooms soaked in boiling water
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 can Carnation Evaporated skim milk
- freshly ground black pepper
- serves 2
Directions
- Wash leeks well and cut in thin slices.
- Saute leeks and garlic until soft, add flour and mix in well.
- Add skim evaporated milk and stir until beginning to thicken.
- Add mushrooms and black pepper and simmer.
