Gazpacho Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled and seeded and chopped
- 4 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 cups water
- 1 green capsicum
- chopped
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- serves 4
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
- Refrigerate at least two hours and serve well chilled.
