Asparagus Italiano

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches fresh asparagus, washed and tailed
  • 2 tablespoons Italian no oil dressing
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • parmesan cheese
  • black pepper, cracked
  • serves 4

Directions

  1. Steam asparagus for 2 minutes. Place on warm plate.
  2. Add dressing and shaved parmesan cheese and black pepper.
