Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 200gms mushrooms, finely sliced
- 1 large onion, finely grated
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can champignons, drained
- 200ml Carnation skinny milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- serves 4
Directions
- Dry fry onion and garlic, add sliced mushrooms and sautee until tender.
- Add champignons and milk and heat through gently.
- Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parsley.
