Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200gms mushrooms, finely sliced
  • 1 large onion, finely grated
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 can champignons, drained
  • 200ml Carnation skinny milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • serves 4

Directions

  1. Dry fry onion and garlic, add sliced mushrooms and sautee until tender.
  2. Add champignons and milk and heat through gently.
  3. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parsley.
