Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
- 250gms fettuccine
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1/4 teaspoon grated
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powderlemon peel
- black pepper to taste
- Parsley & basil (and for garnish)
- serves 4
Directions
- Cook pasta according to packet directions. Place in a microwave safe dish and add next nine ingredients.
- Cook in the microwave, uncovered on medium to high heat for 6-10 minutes or bake in 180C oven for 35 minutes.
- Toss lightly and garnish with basil.
