Curried Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup green beans, cut in strips
  • 1/2 cup carrots julienned
  • 2 cup green pepper - julienned
  • 1/2 cup button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
    powder
  • serves 4

Directions

  1. Microwave or steam vegetables until tender.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup non-fat yoghurt or ricotta with half teaspoon curry powder.
