Teriyaki Prawn Salad
Ingredients:
- Bed of mixed lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 400gms cooked prawns, shelled and deveined
- Snow peas & baby corn for garnish
- 60ml low cal salad dressing
- 30ml Teriyaki sauce
- serves 4
Directions:
- Mix the salad dressing and teriyaki sauce in a pot, bring to the boil, add the cooked prawns.
- Heat through for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool. Arrange the lettuce, snow peas and baby corn in a serving bowl.
- Spoon over the warm, but not hot prawns. Serve at once. Delicious served cold if preferred.
