Teriyaki Prawn Salad

Ingredients:

  1. Bed of mixed lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  2. 400gms cooked prawns, shelled and deveined
  3. Snow peas & baby corn for garnish
  4. 60ml low cal salad dressing
  5. 30ml Teriyaki sauce
  6. serves 4

Directions:

  • Mix the salad dressing and teriyaki sauce in a pot, bring to the boil, add the cooked  prawns.
  • Heat through for 3 minutes. Set aside to cool. Arrange the lettuce, snow peas and baby corn in a serving bowl.
  • Spoon over the warm, but not hot prawns. Serve at once. Delicious served cold if preferred.
