Seafood Pancake
Ingredients:
- 50gms tuna (or any flaked white fish) & 50gms prawns
- 1 egg, 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic- herb blend
- serves 1
Directions:
- Beat egg until light and fluffy. Add flour and seasonings, stir well.
- Let stand for 20 minutes. Add tuna, prawns and onions, mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Cook slowly for 7 minutes each side or until firm.
- Serve with fresh salad.
