Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 500gm diced lean lamb
  • 1 cup non-fat yoghurt
  • 3 teaspoons French mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme (dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano (dried)
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • serves 4

Directions:

  1. Mix yoghurt with herbs, add diced lamb and marinate overnight.
  2. Thread lamb onto skewers and BBQ till cooked.
  3. Serve with a large salad and vegetables of choice. Vegetables can be cooked on the BBQ, or microwaved.
