King Prawns with Honey & Chilli Sauce
Ingredients:
- 500gms green peeled prawns
- spray of extra virgin olive oil
- rind of half an orange
- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Master Foods Chilli
- 3 bunches bok choy
- 4 coriander springs (optional)
- ½ teaspoon fresh
- ginger finely chopped (optional)
- serves 4
Directions:
- Combine orange juice and rind with chilli and honey in saucepan. Bring to boil. Take off heat and cool. Keep in fridge.
- Take a non stick wok and heat until very hot. Spray hot wok or pan lightly with olive oil and toss in prawns for two minutes. Add bok choy, coriander and ginger and toss for two minutes.
- Pour in orange juice, honey and chilli sauce and cook for two minutes. Serve with rice.
