Honeyed Lemon Fish
Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets (aprox. 125gm each)
- 3 sticks celery
- 1 red pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced in rings
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sauce:
- 2 to 3 teaspoons cornflour
- 1 cup water
- lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- serves 4
Directions:
- Cut celery into diagonal slices, cut pepper into thin diagonal slices.
- Saute all vegetables for 1 minute, water and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Put fish in pan with vegetables, add enough water just to cover, simmer covered for 5 minutes.
- Drain and place on serving plate, spoon vegetables over fish, pour sauce over.
