Crab Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • Filling:
  • 3 eggs
  • 100gms crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • teaspoon dry mustard
  • dash pepper and garlic powder
  • serves 4-6

Directions:

  1. Press cooked rice into a quiche dish.
  2. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and beat well.
  3. Pour into rice lined quiche dish.
  4. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
