Crab Quiche
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- Filling:
- 3 eggs
- 100gms crab meat
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- teaspoon dry mustard
- dash pepper and garlic powder
- serves 4-6
Directions:
- Press cooked rice into a quiche dish.
- Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients and beat well.
- Pour into rice lined quiche dish.
- Bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
