Cheesy Topped Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 175gm white fish fillets
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 25gms low fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 level tablespoons non-fat yoghurt
  • seasoning to taste
  • serves 2

Directions:

  1. Grill fish fillets under fairly hot heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile mix together all remaining ingredients, cover top of fish and grill until the cheesy mixture is bubbling.
