Cheesy Topped Fish
Ingredients:
- 2 x 175gm white fish fillets
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 25gms low fat ricotta cheese
- 2 level tablespoons non-fat yoghurt
- seasoning to taste
- serves 2
Directions:
- Grill fish fillets under fairly hot heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile mix together all remaining ingredients, cover top of fish and grill until the cheesy mixture is bubbling.
