Lime & Basil John Dory
Ingredients:
- 500gms John Dory or Silver Dory fillets
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- ground black pepper
- serves 4
Directions:
- Marinate fish in remaining ingredients in a dish for 30 minutes.
- Line grill with lightly oiled foil and place fillets skin side down, cook under hot grill for 6 minutes. Do not turn. Baste with marinade during cooking.
