Thai Seafood Salad

Ingredients:

  • 500gms fresh Marinara mix (from Fishmonger)
  • 300ml water
  • lettuce
  • coriander leaves to garnish

Dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce (Nam Pla)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon pureed chilli
  • serves 4

Directions

  1. Make dressing.
  2. Boil water and add seafood. As soon as the water boils again -remove fish from water, drain and add dressing.
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with fresh coriander. Can be served warm or chilled. A variation is to add to cooked noodles.
