Thai Seafood Salad
Ingredients:
- 500gms fresh Marinara mix (from Fishmonger)
- 300ml water
- lettuce
- coriander leaves to garnish
Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce (Nam Pla)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon pureed chilli
- serves 4
Directions
- Make dressing.
- Boil water and add seafood. As soon as the water boils again -remove fish from water, drain and add dressing.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce. Garnish with fresh coriander. Can be served warm or chilled. A variation is to add to cooked noodles.
