Summer Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
- 250 gms can chunk style tuna in spring water
- 250gms bean sprouts
- 6 radishes
- 1 stick celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- serves 4
Dressings:
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- serves 2
Directions:
- Slice radishes, celery, and cucumber.
- Chop peppers and combine bean sprouts and vegetables.
- Combine dressing ingredients and add to salad and toss lightly. Mix drained tuna through and sprinkle with parsley. Refrigerate.
