Summer Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 250 gms can chunk style tuna in spring water
  • 250gms bean sprouts
  • 6 radishes
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • serves 4

Dressings:

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • serves 2

Directions:

  1. Slice radishes, celery, and cucumber.
  2. Chop peppers and combine bean sprouts and vegetables.
  3. Combine dressing ingredients and add to salad and toss lightly. Mix drained tuna through and sprinkle with parsley. Refrigerate.
