Seafood Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 400gms marinara mix
- 2 teaspoons creamed horse radish
- 250gms low fat cottage cheese
- serves 4
Directions:
- Dry fry onion until transparent (use a little water to prevent burning).
- Beat the horseradish cream and onion into the cheese, season with freshly ground black pepper. Fold in fish.
- Spoon into four individual dishes and microwave on medium for 3 minutes or bake in oven for 15 minutes until bubbly and hot.
