Devilled Tuna
Ingredients:
- 450gms canned tuna in water
- 1 finely chopped green capsicum
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 3/4 cup tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- serves 4
Directions:
- Cook capsicum and onion in a small amount of water until tender.
- Add tomato puree, seasonings and lemon juice. Add tuna.
- Pour mixture into casserole dish and re-heat in hot oven for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley. Serve with a green salad. Serves 4.
