Crab San Choy Bow
Ingredients:
- 200gms canned crab meat, drained
- 1 cup non-fat yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons shallots or spring
- onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red paprika
- 1/4 cup very fine julienne carrot,
- red capsicum and green capsicum
- serves 2
Directions:
- Flake crab meat with a fork.
- Combine yoghurt, lemon juice and paprika.
- Fold through crab meat and remaining ingredients.
Serve in a lettuce cup.
