Chilli Pizza Rounds
ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 60gms low fat cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons no added salt tomato paste
- 6 slices wholemeal bread
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- serves 3
Directions:
- Combine chives, cheese, sauce and paste in a bowl
- Cut 5cm rounds from bread, place rounds in oven trays, toast in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes.
- Spread rounds with prepared cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Make just before serving.
