Chilli Pizza Rounds

ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 60gms low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chilli sauce
  • 2 teaspoons no added salt tomato paste
  • 6 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • serves 3

Directions:

  1. Combine chives, cheese, sauce and paste in a bowl
  2. Cut 5cm rounds from bread, place rounds in oven trays, toast in a moderate oven for about 10 minutes.
  3. Spread rounds with prepared cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Bake in hot oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Make just before serving.
