Kitchen Pizza

Ingredients

  • Pita bread
  • tomato paste
  • low fat ricotta cheese
  • onions
  • sliced mushrooms
  • zucchini
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • italian herb blend
  • capsicum (chopped and de-seeded)
  • sardines in spring water (optional)
  • serves 4

Directions

  1. Spread base with tomato paste and ricotta. Arrange vegetables and sardines.
  2. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and herbs.
  3. Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes. Make extra and freeze.
