Healthy Ham Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 packet low salt instant onion soup mix
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 6 hamburger rolls
  • lettuce, tomatoes
  • tsatsiki or plain yoghurt
  • serves 6

Directions

  1. Combine cheese, eggs, herbs, soup mix. Add oats and mix well.
  2. Shape into patties about half an inch thick. Grill until golden, about
  3. 3 minutes on each side or oven bake.
  4. Add to roll with lettuce and tomatoes, yoghurt and pepper. Serves 6.
