Healthy Ham Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 1 packet low salt instant onion soup mix
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 6 hamburger rolls
- lettuce, tomatoes
- tsatsiki or plain yoghurt
- serves 6
Directions
- Combine cheese, eggs, herbs, soup mix. Add oats and mix well.
- Shape into patties about half an inch thick. Grill until golden, about
- 3 minutes on each side or oven bake.
- Add to roll with lettuce and tomatoes, yoghurt and pepper. Serves 6.
