Fish and Chips

Ingredients

  • 500gm white fish
  • 4 large potatoes - cut in wedges and par boil for 8 minutes
  • 4 heaped tbsp plain flour
  • lemon juice
  • serves 4

Directions

  1. Place potato on baking tray lightly sprayed with olive oil and bake on high until brown and crisp.
  2. Rinse fish under cold water and roll in flour, seasoned with salt & pepper. Oven bake for 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness. Do not over cook. Squeeze lemon juice over. Serve with salad.
