Fish and Chips
Ingredients
- 500gm white fish
- 4 large potatoes - cut in wedges and par boil for 8 minutes
- 4 heaped tbsp plain flour
- lemon juice
- serves 4
Directions
- Place potato on baking tray lightly sprayed with olive oil and bake on high until brown and crisp.
- Rinse fish under cold water and roll in flour, seasoned with salt & pepper. Oven bake for 10-20 minutes, depending on thickness. Do not over cook. Squeeze lemon juice over. Serve with salad.
