Basic Chicken Mix

Ingredients

  • 8 x 120 gm skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • black pepper
  • (you could also use meat or fish)
  • serves 8

Directions

  1. Slice chicken very thin. Heat a non-stick pan. Place chicken, lemon juice and pepper in pan, and cook, stirring well, until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Prepare 8 squares of foil, and divide chicken into each square. Allow to cool, then seal tightly and freeze.
