Basic Chicken Mix
Ingredients
- 8 x 120 gm skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- black pepper
- (you could also use meat or fish)
- serves 8

Directions
- Slice chicken very thin. Heat a non-stick pan. Place chicken, lemon juice and pepper in pan, and cook, stirring well, until chicken is cooked through.
- Prepare 8 squares of foil, and divide chicken into each square. Allow to cool, then seal tightly and freeze.
