Tuna Pate
Ingredients:
- 425gms of Greenseas Tuna in springwater
- 1 tablespoon non fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons non-fat yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1 small onion
- 1 hard boiled egg
- freshly ground black pepper
- serves 4
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender except hard boiled egg. Blend on HIGH until smooth.
- Add hard boiled egg and blend 5 seconds only or until egg is just chopped through.
