Tuna Pate

Ingredients:

  • 425gms of Greenseas Tuna in springwater
  • 1 tablespoon non fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons non-fat yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • serves 4

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender except hard boiled egg. Blend on HIGH until smooth.
  2. Add hard boiled egg and blend 5 seconds only or until egg is just chopped through.
