Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
- In a small double boiler top whisk egg until smooth.
- Add water and lemon juice. Beat over gently simmering water until thick - about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve over vegetables, or use over chicken or fish, or to make Eggs Benedict.
