Curry mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 200 gms low-fat yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon satay sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Directions:
- Dissolve curry powder and satay sauce in lemon juice, and mix in with yoghurt.
- Serve as a salad dressing or as a sauce for chicken or fish. (Dressing may be stored in refrigerator according to yoghurt use-by date).
