Cheese and Tuna Ball

Ingredients:

  • 225gms can tuna (in spring water)
  • 225gms low fat cream cheese
  • chopped spring onion
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • finely chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. Mix drained, finely flaked tuna, cheese, onion, pepper and lemon juice together.
  2. Roll into a ball, refrigerate overnight, wrapped in Gladwrap, then roll in chopped parsley.
  3. Serve with dry toast triangles or vegetable crudites.
