Cheese and Tuna Ball
Ingredients:
- 225gms can tuna (in spring water)
- 225gms low fat cream cheese
- chopped spring onion
- fresh ground black pepper
- squeeze lemon juice
- finely chopped parsley
Directions:
- Mix drained, finely flaked tuna, cheese, onion, pepper and lemon juice together.
- Roll into a ball, refrigerate overnight, wrapped in Gladwrap, then roll in chopped parsley.
- Serve with dry toast triangles or vegetable crudites.
