Caper mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped, drained capers
  • 1 tablespoon non-fat mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Combine all in a small bowl, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. May also be used as a dip with vegetable crudites.

Variation: Blend with 1/2 cup No oil dressing, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar as a salad dressing.
