Raspberry Marbled Mousse
Ingredients:
- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 carton “Light Fruche”
- serves 4
Directions:
- Blend raspberries.
- Add sugar and blend again to combine.
- Combine gelatine and hot water in small bowl and add to raspberry mixture.
- Chill until just beginning to set. Add fruche and swirl with a knife to create marbled
effect.
- Pour carefully into four dessert dishes and refrigerate until set. Garnish with mint.
