Tangy Banana and Passionfruit Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons gelatine
  • 2tablespoons hot water
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk powder
  • 1 2/3 cups ice cold water
  • 3 passionfruit
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • serves 6

Directions:

  1. Dissolve gelatine in hot water and cool.
  2. Add milk powder to ice water, whip until smooth and thick, add gelatine and beat well.
  3. Pour into ice cream tray and freeze until crystals form on edges.
  4. Spoon into a bowl and whip with lemon juice, passionfruit and banana.
  5. Pour into popsicle tray, add popsicle stick and re-freeze.
