Tangy Banana and Passionfruit Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons gelatine
- 2tablespoons hot water
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk powder
- 1 2/3 cups ice cold water
- 3 passionfruit
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 bananas, mashed
- serves 6
Directions:
- Dissolve gelatine in hot water and cool.
- Add milk powder to ice water, whip until smooth and thick, add gelatine and beat well.
- Pour into ice cream tray and freeze until crystals form on edges.
- Spoon into a bowl and whip with lemon juice, passionfruit and banana.
- Pour into popsicle tray, add popsicle stick and re-freeze.
