Fresh Fruit and Mango Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • Any fresh seasonal fruit, eg. apples, bananas, oranges and mandarin segments, watermelon, rockmelon, grapes, paw paw, nectarines, lychees,
  • Mango Yoghurt:
  • 1 mango , 1 cup skim milk yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • serves 6

Directions:

  1. Blend mango pulp and other ingredients. Wash and cut up fruit.
  2. Serve on platter with yoghurt dip. Garnish with fresh mint.
  3. Alternatively can be made as fruit salad with yoghurt and served individually.
