Fresh Fruit and Mango Yoghurt
Ingredients:
- Any fresh seasonal fruit, eg. apples, bananas, oranges and mandarin segments, watermelon, rockmelon, grapes, paw paw, nectarines, lychees,
- Mango Yoghurt:
- 1 mango , 1 cup skim milk yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- serves 6
Directions:
- Blend mango pulp and other ingredients. Wash and cut up fruit.
- Serve on platter with yoghurt dip. Garnish with fresh mint.
- Alternatively can be made as fruit salad with yoghurt and served individually.
