Mango Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 carton frozen mango
  • 1 large banana (frozen)
  • 1 passionfruit (frozen)
  • serves 4

Directions:

  1. De-frost fruit slightly.
  2. Place all in blender, and process until smooth. Serve immediately garnished with mint. Enjoy immediately as this recipe is not suitable to refreeze.

Note: May be served in an ice cream cone or in bread “basket” (see next recipe) for dinner party.
