Fruit Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mango
  • 12 raspberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • strawberries for decoration
  • serves 4

Directions:

  1. Place raspberries in bottom of parfait glass.
  2. Puree mango and orange juice.
  3. Half fill parfait glass with mango. Arrange kiwi fruit slices around edge of glass. Place washed, sliced strawberries on top.
  4. Serve immediately.
