Fruit with Apricot Brandy
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange juice
- 3 small bananas thickly sliced
- 3 large kiwi fruit peeled and thickly sliced
- 2 cups strawberries
- 2 cups apricots tinned
- 40ml apricot brandy essence
- Light Fruche if desired
- serves 8
Directions:
- Combine sugar and orange juice in saucepan and stir.
- Stir in fruits. Cook until just heated through.
- Add brandy essence and stir for 1 minute.
- Serve with Light Fruche.
