Fruit with Apricot Brandy

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons orange juice
  • 3 small bananas thickly sliced
  • 3 large kiwi fruit peeled and thickly sliced
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 cups apricots tinned
  • 40ml apricot brandy essence
  • Light Fruche if desired
  • serves 8

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and orange juice in saucepan and stir.
  2. Stir in fruits. Cook until just heated through.
  3. Add brandy essence and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Serve with Light Fruche.
