Hot Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 can dry ginger ale
  • cinnamon stick
  • serves 2

Directions

  1. Chop fruit roughly and combine.
  2. Cover with dry ginger and add cinnamon stick.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes
  4. Serve topped with non-fat yoghurt.
