French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice wholegrain bread
  • cinnamon to taste
  • nutmeg to taste
  • serves 1

Directions

  1. Beat egg, place on a plate and soak bread on both sides.
  2. Heat a non stick pan and brown egg-soaked bread on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
