Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- grated rind of one lemon
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 1 Granny Smith apple, mashed
- 1 pear, peeled and finely chopped
- 3/4 cup skim milk yoghurt
- 12 sultana grapes cut in half
- 1 cup skim milk
- serves 4
Directions
- Pour skim milk over oats and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, add lemon rind, mashed banana, grated apple, pear, yoghurt and mix well.
- Stir in sultana grapes and chill well before serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
