Banana Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup instant porridge
- ¾ cup skim milk
- small chopped banana
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- serves 1
Directions
- Simmer the porridge and milk together in a small saucepan for 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened and smooth, stirring frequently.
- If necessary, add a little water to get the texture you prefer. Meanwhile, chop the banana.
- Stir cinnamon into the porridge. Pour the mixture into a bowl, sprinkle the chopped bananas on top and serve.
