Ricotta and Cinnamon Apple Jaffle

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • serves 1

Directions

  1. Grate apple and combine with ricotta cheese, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Use in a jaffle iron or sandwich maker, placing between two slices of bread
