Weight Loss Problems

Being obese can have serious health consequences. These include an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, gallstones, and some forms of cancer. Losing weight can help reduce these risks.

Below are just some of the weight loss prolems and health risks overweight people faces.

Problems with overweight
There are many reasons why overweight people need to do something about their weight problem.  Let's take a look at some of these reasons.

Health risks of obesity
Obesity and overweight are one of the major nutritional problems today.  Obesity and overweight precipitate such conditions as heart disease, kidney trouble, diabetes, high blood pressure, malnutrition, back pain, complications during pregnancy, and psychological disturbances, to name but a few.

Nutritionally Related Diseases
Not all diseases are equally influenced by diet.  Some are purely hereditary, like sickle-cell anaemia.
